Very friendly staff, great breakfasts, very comfortable and spacious apartments, clean. There was easy and free internet access which was great.
The rooftop swimming pool was far too cold to dip into which was a real shame. Hotel is located slightly away from both v&a waterfront and Long St which meant a short taxi ride at night. Felt safe during the day to wander around though.
The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help. The apartment- style rooms are absolutely superb and have everything you'd expect and more - washing machine, dishwasher etc. Breakfast - wow. Fill up for the day on cereals, yoghurt, berries, full cooked breakfast, pancakes, waffles, fruit, breads, cheese, crackers, meats and more! Nice rooftop pool which wasn't busy when we were there. Good location for v&a Waterfront and city centre.
The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Good mattress and comfortable pillows. I like the fact that the floors have no carpets for cleanliness and hygiene. It's perfect and very comfortable to stay with children. Great Hotel!!
The frontline staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpfull but the staff in the restaurant area is absolutely shocking!!!! No people skills, not friendly and not helpfull.
Great spacious room, friendly helpful staff, handy location
good service with friendly staff will stay at the group again should have joined regular travel club
Good Hotel, ideally located and within safe walking distance to CTICC and Waterfront.
Good location to citcc, Long Street and v&A. Good facilities - nice swimming pool on the roof with city view. The room was well equipped with everything you need.
The 100mb wireless login details was annoying as it ran out quickly, or you would have to login every time you took a break from the computer
Warm, friendly, knowledgeable staff Fabulous breakfasts Spacious, well equipped rooms
Exercise room - very few pieces of old equipment
The location, proximity to CTICC, was a big plus.
The check-in time of 2 pm and that too was delayed to 2:30 pm.
The rooms were very well equipped and staff were very helpful
under staffed at breakfast time - sometimes waited too long for morning coffee.
The size of the room, the bathroom with separate shower, the kitchen very well equipped, the parking spots free of charge, breakfast was good.
everything was fine,
Fabulous staff, very warm welcome. Great location and great accommodation.
Super luxurious huge rooms
Nothing to dislike
We booked this hotel as my daughter and I were doing the Cape Argus Cycle Tour and it was near the start of the race. The hotel exceeded are expectations! The staff are so friendly and helpful at all times. The appartment was very spacious and comfortable and bike friendly as there was enough space for our bikes to be assembled and dismantled. Breakfast is wonderful with a lot of choice. Usually breakfast is served as from 6.30am but on the day of the Cape Argus Race they opened up the breakfast room at 4am and on the way out of the hotel to the start of the race one could pick up some more bananas and power drinks. Fantastic service! Very much appreciated. The hotel is well located near the town and one can walk or take a short taxi ride to the waterfront. It is also right next door to the best pizza restaurant in town!
I did not realize at first that there was a limit to the amount of wifi usage in your room (on a daily basis) but if it runs out then you are always able to use the internet in the business centre in the lobby are.
All was great and to our liking
